"A gem of a cottage which had been restored to a really high standard. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, log burner with plenty of wood and loved all the decor/pictures throughout. A welcome basket with local goodies was also a nice touch. We loved the folder full of the history on the property and all the pictures of the other houses/buildings in the village which we went to find on our walks with our dog. Would highly recommend. "

"Was everything has advertised and more. Great weekend stay for daughter's 10th birthday and partners 50th. Daughter loved the hot tub and wants to come back again for longer, which I'm sure we will do."

"We have stayed here for two consecutive years. It’s a good-sized property, well-maintained, and generally clean but there were dog hairs on one of the sofas and it definitely smells more like dog I. 2024 (on the ground floor only - the upstairs is immaculate) than it did in 2023. I would suggest the property is either deep-cleaned and better aired/odor neutralized after every stay OR only advertised to dog owners.
