“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I booked my room almost two weeks in advance and requested a top-floor room before check-in because I'm a light sleeper. When we arrived, the front desk told us every top-floor room was sold out, so we were placed on the first floor. “This property is a dump. The exterior was dirty, the balcony railing was all bent. The sheets were stained and had cigarette holes. The bathroom was dirty, with the toilet seat falling off, the shower drain rusty and dirty, the shower curtain rod falling off. I refused to use the shower.
