Viajes a Alfredo V. Bonfil Todo Incluido Vuelo + Hotel

We had a great time during our week stay at the resort. I am subtracting one star because of the following two reasons: 1. The personnel selling you stuff nobody wants offering you discounts you don't need are very pushy and agressive. They mention it is 90 mins of your time, but other guest told it is was usually nearly 3 hours oftentimes. Glad that we skipped them in a heart beat. 2. Cleaning lady and room service. On two separate occasions (one time the cleaning lady, and the second time the staff that goes to check your room prior to your check-out), they would open the door and enter soon after knocking very softly. I've been to dozens of hotels and this is the first time where they lack the respect of their guests. They should knock harder, wait longer for an answer, and then also annouce themselves loudly. This lack of decency was appalling.

Buena experiencia

Todo excelente, muy recomendable.
