“Whilst the staff were great, our shower smelt like wee, fridge leaked water and there is a kitchen but only a single set of cutlery and plates other than that the cupboards are empty. ”

“First room was dirty then asked to move to another room which then they provided and facilities are outdated however they have a washing machine and kitchen which was good but no forks spoons cutlery and on top of that one of the service staff entered the room without permission to which then my family member had to ask them to leave not good at all”
