"Room has hair in the bathroom everywhere upon check in. The phone in the room didn’t work and the front desk didn’t have anymore towels. Unacceptable. Parking was horrible it’s way in the back as we had bags and we had to park in the back and walk to the front when there was a door we tried to use our key card on and it didn’t work. Front desk stated we can go out the door but not come in. I had 3 kids under 13 with me and I was so upset. I stayed at another Embassy in Dallas and I will go to that one each time I go there. "

"There’s no direct call to the lobby to reach a hotel clerk. I had to call the hotel off of my cell phone. The people next to me had a little kids up after 12:30 AM screaming and jumping as if it were 2:00 pm and dog was barking. Security did come up. I scanned the QR code on the TV to get the menu. A children’s menu came up and when me and my grandkids went downstairs to order they said that menu didn’t exist anymore and he handed me a menu that didn’t have options for kids. The hotel hallway smelled like marijuana. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. "

"Room was clean as we opened it, then when we opened the fold out bed I did find a hot Cheeto under there and it was a bit dusty, but it is indeed a hard to reach place and everything else was very clean. Breakfast was awesome, omelettes are made to order and fantastic. Everything else is just as great, drinks, cereal, fruit, you name it they have it. 100% family friendly. Definitely a decent volume of families staying there’s and they have everything to accommodate everyone Staff situation was off, somehow this place only employs people who seem 100% happy to be there and go above and beyond to make your stay 5 star. Everyone we came across was friendly and helpful. Pool was great, when towels ran out they quickly got restocked. Kids had a blast. I’m local, just had a mini stay-cation and if I was staying in the area again with my family, I know exactly where to go. "

"Great hotel, staff, room. Room was amazing made a special trip with my wife and was so happy this turned out great. Happy wife happy life. We both really liked it and looking forward to staying there again. Close to all we needed to see. We went for a concert, finished the night at lifestyle club and finished the night, more like the morning at the hotel. Great place to stay looking forward to future trips. "

"We stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Dallas and felt the room rate itself was reasonable. Our room with two queen beds was comfortable, but surprisingly there was no closet, which made it difficult to hang clothes or stay organized. We also had ants in the room near the beds and on the table. We reported it and were told the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately we still saw ants the next day. Valet parking was also very expensive, especially since the cars are simply parked around the side of the building. It would be nice if the hotel offered a lower-cost self-parking option for guests. The hotel has a fun atmosphere, but addressing these issues would make the stay much better."

"Very clean and honestly very nice staff with great food and drinks. The gym is a good size overlooking the city. Great view. I start my day at the gym watching the sunrise, then grab an excellent buffet breakfast with an omelet bar (egg whites too) with menu items also available. I finish my morning with the hottest shower with a rain head and a separate wand. I feel so ready to hit the day for both work and leisure. Going out to eat is great, but if you feel like staying in, the atmosphere and food are great as well."
