“Stayed 1 night. Once I checked in and was put in a room, the person next to me played their tv really loud and was talking really loud on their phone. Instead of asking the front desk to say something to this person, I just requested that they move me to a different room. The front desk lady was super nice (thank you) and was able to accommodate my request and put me on a different floor. However my room faced the road outside and it was a very very busy road. Loud cars every few seconds went……

“The room I booked had mold in the bathroom, around the window and had tiles falling off the walls in the bathroom. The bedsheets on both beds were stained and did not looked washed, had to go to the front desk to get towels because room service didn’t leave any. We were offered another room but it was much worse than the one we were in, definitely do not stay here, disgusting place.”
