Room was nice, staff was very helpful. Only drawback was my stay was during a major renovation. The hotel is located within walking distance to restuarants, Dollar store for those "I forgot to pack items"and the benefit from being off the frontage street with a good quiet sleep.

The Regency Inn was reasonably priced for a Holiday Weekend. They also had availability when no one else in the area did. The Inn is a tad dated, but was clean and the bed was comfortable. Which is all we needed. The pool area was not what we had hoped, but we didn't book the room for the pool. I wouldn't object to staying there again if the need arose.

Don't throw your nose up at it.

It sufficed for our need. There were a few little things that need to be addressed, like the table was damaged and needs to be updated but nothing major. The staff was tremendous and location great.

Very clean, pleasant owners. The front entry to the building needs some decor, looks almost abandoned when we first drove in. Furniture is a bit rough, but newer beds and bedding and very clean, good room service. Could be a little more generous on the towels and cloths provided. Only one per person of each, though additional provided when asked. Pool is good.

needs face lift

The over all condition is run down. The biggest disappointment was the mold on wall around the air conditioner. Over all the staff was friendly and helpful

It’s an old property. Room was clean. The AC drowned out noise but did cool the room. No breakfast but there is a snack vending machine in the lobby and Waffle House next door

Amazing stay

When i first checked in, the room had not been used for sometime. For that reason, it smelled funny and was not really clean. The cleaners did an amazing job the next morning cleaning it and making it especially nice. The owner/manager is friendly and easy to work with.

Nice comfortable bed but room had mold I started coughing and wheezing so I slept a few hours and checked out when the front doors weren’t tied shut.
This was already pulled back off of the wall in the bathroom and right next to the tub.

DON'T BOOK HERE! The dingy deteriorating furniture is bad enough but the soiled linens, evidence of pests in the bed and dirty toilet are complete deal breakers. We were told by the attendant that there were no other room options. We left and found other accommodations.
