First off we drove 2.5 hours to the area for my amazing step daughters father daughter dance and all the kids were looking forward to swimming and upon arrival the pool was down very disappointed! There was no warning on the site or anything before arrival. The lady was not very friendly about it. I contacted Expedia and they only offered a 100 coupon but honestly that isn’t enough considering how much we spent for 2 nights. We couldn’t find another hotel in the area to accommodate our needs and large family so we were stuck! Hotel is refusing to give any kind of partial refund for inconvenience. And not only that only one elevator worked, the ice machine on the 3rd floor wasn’t working either, our last night there, there were people running and jumping around the halls and above us keeping our kids awake until 1-2am! We ended up spending more money on traveling to surrounding areas to keep the kids entertained(1,2,4,10,11) because the pool was down! Upon check in the lady wasn’t very friendly and through our stay the guy there wasn’t very friendly either. When we asked for an extra pillow and blanket and extra towels he seemed very annoyed we asked. There was visible dirt in around the base of the floors and walls in the bathroom and the tread of the doors. The breakfast was OK! the fridge didn’t really stay very cold. Thankfully we didn’t have anything that would spoil. Honestly not happy with the stay at all!!
