Hotel was like a jig saw puzzle with lots of stairways and areas. Still had construction going on. Rooms were very nice but no privacy unless you close your curtains. Room safes did not work in either of our rooms. You cannot flush toilet paper due to old pipes. Area did not feel very safe but we did not need to leave the hotel without a guide since the dining in the hotel was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

"Wir hatten eine Nacht gebucht und sind drei Nächte geblieben. Mit Kindern ist es großartig zwischen den ganzen Tieren, mit tollem Ausblick und großartigem Essen., insbesondere wenn man Fleisch mag. Toller Ausgangsort für Ausflüge rund um den Cotopaxi oder einfach einen Ausritt um die Hacienda. Und ..."

"This place has good potential. There's a nice common room and kitchen. But there's no heat or hot water and the picture isn't of the actual place. Very friendly owner though."
