"Do not book this place. Air Conditioner is broken. They never informed to customers instead lied every day that they are going to fix it. The property manager never showed up. It was over 100 degree inside the room and I had to open my door so the air can circulate. I couldn’t rest during daytime nor sleep at night. Please do not ever book this place."

"Ohla Barcelona was an ideal location for our trip as many places were accessible on foot by a short cab ride. The hotel was very clean, the front lobby, hotel service and dining room staff were helpful, accommodating, pleasant to deal with and very responsive. We found the breakfast offerings had various options that suited our needs. The room was adequate but the bed was a little too hard for our liking (which by the way is our only suggested improvement). The rooftop, during the daytime, was an excellent option for relaxing and downtime. It seems that the rooftop service staff may wish for you to make drink or food purchases - if this is the case, just be upfront with them if you want to decline their service. Overall, highly recommended for location, convenience, service and experience. It may be a little pricier, but we found value in this choice. Great job Ohla in providing a classy and inviting experience to your guests!"
