"Hotel is very near train, bus, and tram station, with convenient grocery store in the train station. The room was clean, comfortable, with two twin beds, and a cocoon chair. Front desk staff was excellent and we were given apples and a bottle of water for the room. The breakfast buffet was lovely, and we were given access to free transportation for city tram and buses. There are a variety of restaurants closeby and easy access to Old Town."

"The hotel is lovely and perfectly situated for a visit to the Neuschwanstein Castle. The room was clean and comfortable. Keep in mind that there aren’t a lot of dining options in the area, especially in the off-season, so plan ahead."

"Parking is not on the property. You will have to park 5 minutes of walking away which is not bad, unless you have lots of luggage. AC unit doesn’t seem to work. Overall, the location is not bad."

"The hotel itself is beautifully located near old town and yet it’s still in a very quiet and peaceful area. The breakfast was excellent and the room was a good size and the bathroom was well laid out and the shower was exceptional. Parking also worked out for us in our three days stay and was a decent price considering where right smack in the middle of the city of Salzburg."

"Hotel is very close to the train station and a pleasant walk to Mirabell Gardens and the Old Town. All of Salzburg is very walkable with option to take the free buses in town and through the region. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful."
