"Everything was fine except for the rattling sound on the ceiling, where the ventilator is, that started only at night, when you wanted to rest. We reported it and hopefully by now the issue was solved.
Breakfast was great, we also enjoyed the free activities. Staff was also very friendly and professional. Love so much the layout fo the pool area where a lot of shaded areas and pool beds. I will definitely recommend this property when you want to stay in Sanur area."
"The whole hotel is kept in tip top shape, from the toilet to the garden. Everything you see on the website is how it is. Fantastic breakfast, well located in Sanur with great adjacent restaurants. This will become my default hotel for future trips."
"Amazing hotel, western style rooms but wonderful garden view from large room balcony and there are lifts to all floors.
Staff were very attentive, and helpful. Check-in was easy, but note room not available until 2pm firm.
Pool was lovely, Wifi worked in all areas.
Great bar area, buffet breakfast was a great mix and the restaurant had fantastic theme nights, and drinks affirdable.
Location is easy to get around via walking or taxi.

"We had an amazing two weeks at Andaz Bali for our honeymoon. The staff had a special cake made for us and local jams and snacks were delivered to celebrate our day. The staff were absolutely incredible. We were truly spoiled! Arthur and Hendra always had a smile for us and remembered our drink and food preferences. Hendra was eager to share Balinese cuisine with us and would set aside the Dish of the Day for my wife to try. Our room had a private garden and our desire for privacy was always respected. We work in the customer service industry so we recognize quality employees when we encounter them. When we come back to Bali, we will be sure to stay at Andaz again.
