“A very welcoming member of staff showed to to my room and told me the basics, it was just a layover but offered me all I wanted a bed and shower, it was also very clean.”

“The private pool and the room were beautifully set up, the atmosphere was amazing, and the service was great. The breakfast menu was also really good.”

“The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. ”

“I stayed one night prior to flying home. Hotel is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, but fairly basic by western standards. Overall a good value for the price. If I was wanting to stay and see Sanur Beach there are other hotels closer to the beach, a little nicer, but at a higher cost. ”

“The stay was ok. Staff were friendly and was always ready to offer assistance. And garden was maintained and cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail. We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season. When we arrived, one of our rooms were not ready yet and have to wait an hour after expected check_in time. It was ok, however, we were tired after a long flight. And waiting for a room that you would expect to……

“Fantastic, comfortable and quiet and walking distance to food options and the beach. I don’t recommend paying for their continental breakfast thought because it’s not actually at the hotel they give you a voucher and it’s at a cafe down the road on the corner but the meal size is so small it won’t fill you up so it’s not worth it they give you 2 small pieces of toast a small bowl of fruit and tea/coffee it’s kid size so I recommend to go to the sports bar restaurant across the road from the……

“The driveway to the guesthouse was appalling. It was so narrow that most Grab bookings would message asking us to meet them on the road as the driveway was too small for them to come down. It also needs to be paved or concreted to make walking on it, especially at night, a little safer. The paving inside the guesthouse is not suitcase friendly as it is slabs of concrete with large gaps in between. We only had two small suitcases, so it wasn't too bad, but if anyone had bigger or heavier cases,……
