“We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. It was very clean, well organized, and had all of the essentials we needed for the stay. The location is awesome, on a bustling street with lots of restaurants and near a lovely market hall. Because it is in the interior of an apartment building, it was very quiet. The house was also very well ventilated and the provided fan helped us keep cool during a heat wave. It was also very convenient to public transportation. I would highly recommend this……

“This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!”

“Had some issues. The bins were not emptied from previous guests, they smelt. I did ask for them to be emptied but no one ever came to do this despite being advised that they would. There was no bedding supplied for the sofa bed. Under the sofa bed was filthy. Otherwise it's a great location and was easy to check in and out.”
