“A fantastic stay with all you need for an overnight (and longer) stay in Berlin. The check-in process was smooth and upon request on the day, the host let us check-in early, which was fantastic. “When I arrived, I discovered that I couldn't flush the toilet. The flush button and its components were just laying on the washbasin, leaving a hole where the button should have been. The reception staff could not offer me another room. Later that night, I woke up and saw bedbugs in my bed. Although the reception was easily reachable by phone and WhatsApp, they were unable to offer an alternative at that time. I checked out the next morning and received a refund, which was handled quickly.”

“Prima en ruim appartement in een levendige buurt in Berlijn. Vanaf 4 hoog mooi uitzicht op de winkels, restaurantjes en barretjes. De ramen waren prima geluidsisolerend. Het appartement was nét gerenoveerd en schoon. Er is geen fysieke receptie, wat ik wel prettig vond. De communicatie met de receptie verliep online en was snel. In het keukentje waren voldoende spullen beschikbaar om iets eenvoudigs te bereiden. O ja! een gebruiksaanwijzing voor de combi-oven zou wel handig zijn. Het verschonen……
