This location right on the water near the airport offers a relaxation setting at the end of a cul-de-sac and plenty if wilderness views.

We have an open-door policy.
This means you can add guests up to and including after your arrival.
The fees for your guests will be calculated after you decide your done adding or inviting guests and giving us your final total.
Extra guests are $25 per night and a 1 time prep clean and linen fee $20 per person less what you already pay in your original requested fee typically $20 to note the per person rate ideally a red flag to note it's still due because of such a low amount.
This can be deducted or will be taken from your deposit if not paid along with any damages or not cleaned or missing items.
We prefer to clear this up before your arrival if your open-door guests' numbers are certain, however we can wait until 24 hours before check-out if you prefer and need time to get your open-door numbers finalized.
This is much like a fridge in a hotel with fresh beverages as you consume them you will have to eventually pay at check out.

Every place we have open door policies people are honest good guests and pay balances or deduct it from the deposit or are put on lists for not doing so and actions taken to remedy nonpayment.

Note house rules stating the extra guest rate $25 per person per night w prep and cleaning $20 per person a 1-time fee and deduct what is already billed to get accurate rate once your final number of guests staying and guests visiting past 9pm are considered overnight guests is available for change (our open-door policy) this is simply to have the most accurate numbers possible. The platform site does not share these figures with us:) We typically add $20 per person or an amount upfront to get a base prep fee but don't know your final count yet, upon arrival or just prior we can finalize your number of guests. Damage deposit is required for all properties before arrival unless waived by the owner. You will not gain access to the property until damage deposit, or any unpaid balances are received. The damage deposit varies depending on what property and group size(on average $20-$25 per person) Minimum of $100 to $2500. It can be paid through the following options, cash app, Venmo or PayPal. It will be refunded 14 to 21 days after your check out depending on receiving your review.
After arriving to the property, we require to fill out our arrival review sheet, there is a link in our group check in text or there will be a hard copy at the location to fill out. If this isn't filled out by 2 hours after arriving, any waived fees will be reapplied to your bill or a minimum fee of $100 will be added to your bill.
Outside umbrellas must be closed up when not in use, if they get damaged there will be a $50 fine.
No fireworks allowed. There are no exceptions to this. Neighbors on the lake will call the cops and you will be asked to leave with no refund.
Propane tanks are $30.00 each with a $40.00 deposit.
