“El concepto del lugar me parece bueno, sin embargo hay varias cosas que mejorar. Empecemos con lo bueno. El personal fue atento, el ambiente agradable y todo muy limpio. La habitación cómoda y amplia. La terraza con vista al jardín y con un acceso directo al restaurante muy bueno. Y el desayuno estuvo muy bien. Dónde siento se debe mejorar es en algo básico pero importante en un lugar como boquete donde el agua que sale de la ducha es fría. Y eso es el agua caliente, el cual no funcionó para……

“I LOVED this hotel BUT we never saw a single staff member in our 2 night stay. Check in and check out was done virtually. Upload all your information and they will send you your unit and code. Unfortunately with travelling I missed that info. It did say they had check in during regular hours so I didn’t worry about anything. Until we are sitting in the lot in the rain trying to upload and fill out forms on my phone. Response wasn’t immediate. I tried calling the number a couple times and no……

“Be aware the road, or trail more like it, to the hotel is very rough, only 1 lane in same areas. Check in took 15 minutes, with remote concierge. Views from balcony is great. Grounds are well kept. lots of small birds singing. Room is large and king bed is comfortable.”
