Natales4 nights3.5 star property9.4/10 - Exceptional (111 reviews)"The apartment was clean and had kitchen, fridge etc. which was great. It was pretty handy to a few places that we went to eat. For us the biggest thing that let it down: - smokers - every other apartment seemed to stand outside our windows to smoke and leave their butts around. At first I thought previous person must have smoked in the bathroom, nope it's smoke wafting into the apartment. It's also off putting having ppl standing outside the bedroom window all the time."Reviewed November 3, 2026Roundtrip • Santiago (SCL) - Puerto Natales (PNT)SCL - PNT • 1 stop PNT - SCL • 1 stop$602$475found 1 day agoper traveler - Remota Hotel

"Breakfast was ok, plenty of bread and various sweet spreads, scrambled egg was brought out in a china bowl and left on the side so got cold quickly. There was a yoghurt and fruit option but I would say the breakfast was very basic and not the greatest quality."

"We had the best time at Hotel Lago Grey - the staff were extremely helpful and it is set up to help you get the most out of your trip with the least amount of effort required. I only gave it 4 stars because whilst the view from the room is out of this world - some basic amenities like a kettle and provision of water were missing, and there was only one restaurant and menu of food options to choose from. However, the staff were super responsive and went out of the way to really help you. They...
