It was old. No local TV channels, Said breakfast was included, but there was nothing for breakfast... only juice and coffee. The front clerk became exasperated when we asked for help with TV remote. Pool was closed and in desperate need of repair. Overall layout of outside and parking lot in need of changes (I fell going up large, steep step outside), can hear tenants upstairs walking, talking, moving, etc.. Pros: Bed was very comfortable.
