“I booked this hotel due to all the wonderful reviews. Now I’m struggling to understand why people rate this place 10/10. The neighbourhood is very cute, yes, but the noise is unbearable. We had a room in which we could hear absolutely everything. The telephone from reception, people coming in and out, the cars… we couldn’t even nap after having traveled for hours. I was very surprised given the price as well, especially in CDMX. Yes the building is pretty and so was the room, but not practical……

“Un endroit vraiment charmant qui a même dépassé mes attentes: c'était vraiment grand, tranquille et agréable. La connexion Internet était excellente, la responsable toujours disponible pour répondre aux demandes, et le quartier était super paisible, tout en étant proche d'un boulevard avec tout le nécessaire, restos, ciné, supermarchés, boutiques, etc. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la décoration faite avec goût, l'eau potable disponible en tout temps à l'entrée pour remplissage des cruches, et……

“Experiencia desagradable. Habitación sucia. Baño sucio. No ponen jabón de manos, tampoco tapete de baño. Cero comunicación durante la estadia con el anfitrión. Se le pidió apoyo para la temperatura de la regadera y el control y solicitar limpiaran el baño y nunca respondieron. El control de la tele no servía. Aspecto inseguro de la fachada. Algo que hicimos fue leer las reseñas antes de reservar, ojalá lean esta. ”

“Dice ESTACIONAMIENTO GRATIS cuando llegue HABÍA ASIGNADO A ALGUIEN MÁS EL ESPACIO de estacionamiento y al final tuve que estacionar mi auto a 10 minutos a pie de allí. Los estacionamientos al rededor ya estaba cerrados. PÉSIMO EN SERIO. ”

“My mother can't do steps. Staff was not accommodating regarding a room change to a lower level and provided no rationale. My mother fell onsite due to an odd step located at the door to the room. I advised staff of this in 2 different messages, and no one acknowledged my messages or asked about my mother's status. Then they invited me to stay at their properties in Mexico City and other cities in Mexico. Avoid this hotel chain.”
