“Allting utmärkt!”

“Upon arrival we had to wait for the receptionist Racida for 30’minutea to show up. Instead of apologizing she started to raise her volume to explain why she left, despite us specifically mentioning the time of arrival. We called the owner to complain and she didn’t seem to care. We had very low speed internet signal in the studio, with WiFi frequently disconnecting; we got anywhere from 1 to 11 mbps, due to a low power WiFi extender. We experienced nightly power cuts - no automatic power backup.……

“The room was clean. The room was spacious. Ther was a swimming pool right outside the room. The location was amazing and the hotel had a magnificent sun bathing deck right on the water line with a fantastic view ang great sunset. No other hotel in the bay had this. The food was somwhat mediocre .”

“This year was our second week at the resort. It truly is one of the most laid-back and peaceful places that I have ever stayed. The sea is lovely and calm and the pool spotlessly clean. The menu and bar are comprehensive and the service is pretty good. The bungalows are lovely and have decent air-conditioning which is great. “Our stay was extremely disappointing due to serious hygiene, food safety & service issues. We felt completely at the mercy of the staff rather than cared for as guests. We repeatedly found insects in our food—ants, gnats, mosquitoes & beetle like bugs across multiple meals. I have a plethora of photo/video evidence. After sending dishes back the issue continued & staff denied responsibility. We eventually ate in the kitchen to inspect food immediately & still found insects in several dishes +……

J'ai passé une semaine sur la côte de Nosy Be et le Wi-Fi etait normal. Après discussion,j'ai obtenu la même chambre pour 40% de moins que le prix affiché sur le site de réservation. “I just returned from a 9 night stay avdchete are my observations: The hotel is very centrally located and just seconds away from the beach and the main bars and restaurants. It has good sound proofing so no disruption to sleep or rest. They have backup power generators so no disruption to air conditioning, hot water etc. There are lots of stray dogs around but they don't bother you. The area felt safe but Blue Velvet has 24 hour security for peace of mind. The restaurant staff are great……
