Instead of apologizing she started to raise her volume to explain why she left, despite us specifically mentioning the time of arrival. We called the owner to complain and she didn’t seem to care. We had very low speed internet signal in the studio, with WiFi frequently disconnecting; we got anywhere from 1 to 11 mbps, due to a low power WiFi extender. We experienced nightly power cuts - no automatic power backup.……
