"The hotel was acceptable. We had issues with our cleaning; it was every other day which was okay, but on our cleaning days they weren’t cleaned until 4:00. When asked if it could be earlier due to the fact we had events to get to, we were told sometime by 5:00 pm but no specific time could be requested"

"The property was not well kept at all. In the photos of the place you see very nice furnished photos of the lobby, and rooms, but the lobby was stripped of furniture. All of the furniture in the rooms was torn up, missing paint, almost every drawer was missing one or both handles. There were bugs in the microwave, paint missing on the walls, huge water damage stains EVERYWHERE. When we approached the front desk to ask for a refund because the accommodations were completely unacceptable, they...

"Horrible experience. Hair in bathtub & bathroom floor., shower curtain missing. Coffee maker broken. Phone in room didn’t work. Had to go 2 times to office to complain. Told sold out. Staff was completely utterly no use. Was told mgr would call us next day to arrange a credit. SURPRISE !! Nothing ever happened. Shame. I dare them to write we are sorry about your experience. Definitely try somewhere else."
