The Resort is fabulous ! The moment we arrived we were greeted by a nice valet who provided us with bellman service, which was not his job. He was so accommodating that I wish I could recall his name. He was the ideal representative of your company. He assisted us in getting our baggage to our room, and was informative about the amenities of the hotel. We enjoyed the few hours we spent on the Duffy boat. The waitress in the restaurant was very nice, and also a great representative of your establishment. We loved every moment at the Balboa Bay Resort.
