The pool was not working and they said it won't be ready not until August. I deciMy family is very disappointed. Our toilet was clogged in our second night and the person who fixes it didn't arrive not until 1 minute before we check out. Never staying here again.

I have to be completely honest, very disappointed in my stay. I love Hyatt hotels and have never had complaints before. However, our room was not the greatest. There was a gross smell coming from the bathroom sink, almost like a sewer smell. Towels are so old they looked yellow, shower curtain was ripped and very old. Housekeeping came on day 2 and knocked over a lot of our things in the bathroom sink, they left trash in our rooms which really just made the experience terrible. Will not be staying here again.

There are only two elevators and one of that was nonfunctional for 3 days of my stay. Issues with room key many times. Otherwise staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

It’s a nice property and very well taken care of. The staff is very friendly as well. It was a plus since it’s walking distance to the Toy Story parking lot for a less walking time and straight to the park. Will stay here again

The staff is not friendly at all, and seems like do not like to be bothered by guest questions. The breakfast room is super crowded and the breakfast is of average quality. The rooms are outdated, smells bad, not very clean. The bedding not comfortable, AC and beds are noisy, lots of loud families with no respect for the quiet hours, and the hotel does not do anything about that. It is around 20 min to Disneyland. No major grocery stores, coffee shops or good dining options around. Overall not a pleasant experience, and would not recommend it.
