Very unclean motel. The pictures they have up online seem to be AI. Staff was helpful and parking was convenient. Would stay here as a last resort if pricing is under $70 a night.

Pictures are very deceiving, room was infested with roaches. The kitchen drawers had tiny roaches inside them. Room wasn’t cleaned, and the sink was leaking so much water. They don’t have housekeeping on site nor a manager. Not kid friendly what so ever

We checked in pretty late at night because we were at Disneyland and it was easy we got our key card right away. The room itself was a nice size 2 beds I got 125. It was clean and not noisy at all easy to get to from the park and lots of places to eat around.

The one negative point is that after midnight it might take a while before the shower gets hot! Other than that - great internet, clean rooms, nice decor for its price range, good fridge and nice microwave oven even on a regular room was amazing! Just 5 minutes away from Disneyland by car.

Room looked clean at first glance but couch was filthy when you look closely, had crumbs all over it. I refused to sit on it. Rooms had a weird smell too, had to light a candle.. Bed sheets looked clean but i don’t think they switched them. Restoom was filthy as well and had baby roaches. To be a Inn service and close to Disneyland I expected way more. Worst room I’ve probably ever stayed in sadly. Not even in Mexico the rooms are this dirty, disgusting. Never again will i book a room here.

Great location, easy access to Disneyland Knotts, Berry Farm, and the beach. Walking distance to target, Dollar tree, in out burger. I had a room with bunkbeds and a kitchen. The staff was great very accommodating.

Like the rooms very rooming and clean. Love the update on the rooms. The bathroom just need update on the shower curtains mine had red stains on it and is very old. Pillow cases had aittle white stains on them but everything else was great. Would stay again. Also love everything is close by and walking distance.

The room was HOTEL clean, the furniture was banged up and not taken care of, the sink had a huge crack in it, the floors need replacing, the pull out sofa has seen better days, and the linen was mix match prints and questionable. The shower was TRASH! No pressure, in and out of burning hot and freezing cold! photos on site are definitely 10+ years old. Property has great bones, but not being reinvested in to maintain what they are falsely advertising.

I really wanted this to be a great place. Staff was kind and helpful. I cant say anything bad besides cockroaches. We walked in and walked out simply by the sheer number of them in the room. I understand they are common, infestations are different. Staff was informed, offered a different room in a different area and we chose to leave. Again, simply bad day for everyone.

This property is not in the best condition outside, it feels a bit shady and the people around there. I spend one night there with my 11 year-old daughter. Walked into the for Office, the woman that was very serious. It was about 130 P.M. I asked if I can check in early because I was going to disneyland with my daughter. She said no until 3 P.M. or the earliest 230 P.M. We had no choice to leave our luggage in our car. Which I did not feel safe doing that, but we had tu, since we’re going to disneyland by uber. The uber right cost $8.00 from the property. Coming back was almost $10. FYI coming back from Disneyland ride share section, across the street to the McDonald’s it’s way cheaper than the right share section. When we got back to the property around midnight. A man check is in, he was friendly. He have us the room key right away. I told him I did not want The rooms are nice inside. Had a couch. A kitchen with refrigerator. In the room was a little stuffy and smelled like mildew. Everything was nice inside, the bed was comfortable but I side the sheets there where hairs stuck there. There was no towels at all in the bathroom. I had to go out in the middle of the night when we checked in to ask for towels to yes them in the morning

Property was great for what we needed. The space was good for 3 kids and two adults, but the biggest issue was in fact the baby roaches in the room. We were panicked by a consistent sighting of a small roach or two when we would return from a long day of events. We had to have a system to ensure no items were left on the floor or open. We did not feel comfortable keeping any snacks in the room due to the roaches. Even coming home, we were forced to take every precaution to ensure we did not bring them home. The lack of towels in our room despite the booking of 5 was disappointing but the house keeping staff was always so kind and quick to provide towels when requested so big applause to them. The vanity in the bathroom was rotting wood due to the shower and moisture which was a huge concern- we couldn't access the hair blow dryer because the drawer holding it was impacted by the rot. Fortunately but unfortunately, we only used the room for sleep and getting ready but it was disappointing for us to be excited to leave and dreading coming back for the night to rest knowing there were roaches in the room. Not sure if we would book again transparently, but the price was pretty good for the length of stay and what we needed. We would though, pay more for a better place and cleaner room and peace of mind of no roaches.

The guy at the check in desk was kinda rude and there were no towels in the room and a couple of small roaches were running around in the bathroom. Other than that, the bed was pretty comfortable and the shower worked fine.
