Overall the space was ok but not my favorite. We were there for work and the WiFi kept cutting out so we had to hotspot often. Bathroom fixtures need adjustment, they seemed close to breaking. Furniture also wobbly and limited furniture to set things on. I have bad knees so not having a higher place to put my suitcase on was uncomfortable.

Beds were comfortable. But maintenance is needed. Kitchen table stools are too wiggly to sit on. Burner on stove did not work. Poor communication—had to ask for entry code. Had to ask for WiFi code.

An ok stay

The inside of the property was clean and tidy. There were cooking supplies and state of the art washer and dryer. The place tended to get humid, however, opening the windows provided cooling relief. Our biggest concern was the neighborhood. It was loud, dirty, and there was garbage and broken down vehicles around the property. There were no glasses in the place, only coffee mugs, and the kitchen towels and washcloths were not readily accessible. The stools at the dining room table were all unstable, therefore, unusable, especially for adults, so we ended up eating at the couch. The bathroom faucet also felt like it was going to come off.

It’s just an ok place to stay-it was pretty clean, and having 3 bedrooms was nice. However one of the beds sloped, and as several others have mentioned in the past, the house is missing some details like towel racks/hooks, toilet paper holder, etc. The neighborhood is pretty run-down but we felt safe enough. The house was really warm when we got there, mainly because the dryer was running. When I asked the owner about it he said to open some windows. Which would have been fine but most of the windows didn’t have screens on them. I also had to reach out to the owner several times the day we were arriving to get the code for the door. Communication was not great.

We enjoyed our stay here - comfortable beds and couch. As noted by others, some maintenance was needed, but it didn't get in our way. It was a great place for a few nights while exploring the area - we'd stay there again!

This was a nice stay for an affordable price. There were a few minor issues; one closet door was broken, a couple windows didn't have screens, and outside could use some maintenance. Overall my family of 5 was very comfortable, the neighborhood was safe, and we were close to everything we wanted to do in Anchorage.

Very convenient

My family and I stayed 5 nights there and were pretty happy with our stay. There’s only 2 minor things I would change, I would add a few more fans to the house because it does get warm in there and I would also add some outside seating.
