  • The Apartment has been extensively remodeled with luxurious decor and modern high-end amenities to create 4 completely private designer guest suites that are one-of-a-kind, filled with high end furnishings and designed for your ultimate relaxation and enjoyment. Our guest suite was professionally designed and purposely built for short or long term stays with all the amenities needed for your comfort.

    The suite can accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has a luxurious queen size pillow top mattress and high-end linens.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an electric range and SMEG small appliances for the chef cook the meal .
    Other things to note
    - Pets may be allowed upon request and with a tip left for the cleaner
    - Tea, coffee, cream and sugar in suite
    - Key pad self check-in. Your code will be sent to you prior to your stay

The home was spacious. The neighborhood seemed to be safe. It was centrally located for exploring Anchorage. The neighbors were friendly. Many nice interior updates have been made to the property. The home had a musty/mildew smell. There still are numerous aspects that need updated or repaired. Thought not perfect the home was reasonably priced.

Beautiful spacious property, nice outdoor deck area, quiet convenient location. Very comfortable beds. Host quickly responsive. Very clean overall, but kitchen cabinets seemed to have been overlooked in recent cleanings. Would be helpful to have more kitchen equipment and supplies. Sour smell on lower level as though something spilled on carpet.

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood. Beautiful baths and comfortable beds. Host responded within 24 hours. Needs some minor maintenance repairs, deep cleaning and it would be beautiful. No table to seat 4 people together.

Great location and neighborhood. Comfortable bed and good size bedrooms. Definitely recommend this condo. Easy check in and out. Clean condo with updated interior. Moose came to our yard one day.

Clean and spacious

Perfect stay for a family. I would like to note that there are stairs to get in and then stairs back down to the bedrooms which is fine if stairs are not a problem for anyone.

The property was nothing like the pictures.The couch that we were looking forward to was broken on both ends and you had four adults trying to sit on that broken couch. There were no handtowels for the kitchen or the bathrooms, we searched around. And finally found some washcloths that were being used for Doily's in the bedrooms. We contacted the host and asked about hand towels and we got some confusing message back.Supplies everywhere , including the kitchen , was very limited.On the plus side there was a great fireplace and coffee.Needs new pillows! Plastic on the mattresses made us all sweat at night when we were trying to sleep. Toilet paper roll was broken off , and we had to get it from the counter.The bathroom light fixtures did not work.The one over the sink to put on makeup and the one over the bathtub.We would suggest that the owners come with another couple and spend a couple of days and see what they think of their property before asking us to give a 5 star.
