The top-floor condo has even been featured in Alaska's Best Kitchens Magazine for its grand-prize-winning kitchen. Made from recycled fixtures and green materials, this impressive space features a steam oven, convection oven, two dishwashers, a Miele cooktop, and an exquisite redwood island.
When you want to get out and explore, this perfect downtown location puts you and your guests within walking distance of neighborhood eateries, fine dining restaurants, unique shops, museums, and access to the Coastal Trail.
THINGS TO KNOW
There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.
Streaming is available using your own accounts.
All planned events or parties must be approved by the property owner.
The two twin beds can be pushed together to create a king bed.
The sofa bed can convert to either a twin bed or a double bed.
The wood-burning fireplace in the upstairs rental is not operable.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: Cameras for external use only.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
