The property was very clean and welcoming. It was the perfect fit for our needs. We both liked it much better than the last hotel we stayed at in Anchorage. It has everything you need.

Location was a perfect size for two travelers. Ben was very accomodating, easily accessable for questions, and could not have been a better host.

Great Stay!

This listing was perfect for our two nights in Anchorage before our cruise out of Seward. Rented a car and it was very easy to get around from here :) Clean, quiet and just as described!

Close to ANC!

The host Ben was very kind and responsive! My husband and I booked our stay for an early morning flight. The accommodations were perfect for us!

The place was really cute, and the location was GREAT! The only complaint I have is that it was so hot inside and I couldn’t get it cooled off. Otherwise, it was all good.

Good choice on our part

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The location is away from mainstream traffic in a quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and well maintained. It filled all the squares for us while reconnecting with our past home state. Thank you!

Ben is an engaged host who aims to please. The unit is an old recording studio and perfect for sleeping when there’s 24 hours of light.

Best Deal!!

After checking prices of rooms in Anchorage, we found this place. It was significantly less expensive. The room was exactly as advertised. Ben, our host was extremely helpful in terms of finding places to go and suggesting places to go eat. Ben had the perfect mix of being helpful and also giving us our privacy. Everything we wanted to see or do was easily accessible at this location.

Lovely Bungalow

This small space was just the ticket for a launching pad for my Alaskan adventure. Ben is a super helpful and hospitable host. He is very helpful and knowledgeable on the area. The small apartment was clean, private and comfortable. I’ll be back! Thanks Ben!

Positive: no window in bedroom so you don’t have the constant sunlight. Also only a short ride to the airport. Negative: decor and furniture very run down. Everything was old and peeling. Didn’t like that we weren’t able to lock the doors to the room as there are two outside doors that lead to the main room. I’m sure that this place would be great for someone else, just not me.

Great experience!

This was exactly the kind of stay we were looking for during our travels. The place had everything we needed and was in a great location. Ben was a wonderful host who was very communicative and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again :)
