    "I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay."

    "Parking was right at the hotel. Large rooms with large balconies that gave us a great view of the valley. Staff was very attentive, even had room service. There were two fans we could use as there was no a/c. Unfortunately our neighbors sat on their balcony laughing a drinking till at least midnight so we couldn’t keep our windows open. The room was a bit too warm. Everything was spotless and the breakfast had many different options. Very tasty. We would stay here agin in the future."

    "This property sits in an excellent location which is close to the river, the river cruise station, the restaurant and the famous shopping street. A number of bus stops are also within walking distances. We got a junior suite and the room is spacious. I especially like the way that the toilet is separated from the main bathroom where the shower and the jacuzzi are. Yes, the suite has a very nice jacuzzi! If I have to complain, the TV reception appeared to have some issues since we tried to watch..."

"It’s up the Grimsel pass about 6 kilometres from Innertkirchen, had a decent spaghetti bolognaise, there’s millions of flies sharing it if you sit outside , it’s not the hotel at fault it’s just Switzerland. Room had a sink in it , nothing else , one shower room and toilet , 13 rooms on the floor we were on , I cannot say how many of these 13 rooms had en suites , if they do not then one shower and one toilet is not enough, £140 for the room is pushing it"
