"Angela and Yesica were extremely helpful and pleasant upon check in process. Room was clean with great breakfast buffet options. For hot tub and pool, we were excited to use this amenity however we did not end up going in because it was super cold and not heated at all."

"Our recent stay in Casa Dann Carlton Hotel & Spa was a fantastic experience for the whole family. We found the city welcoming, the hotel had very spacious rooms, friendly staff, and amenities designed for both adults and kids. The rooms were modern, clean, and large enough for a family of five. We appreciated features like the heated pool, and breakfast buffet with kid-friendly choices. The hotel staff were attentive, knowledgeable about local kid friendly attractions, and always ready with helpful suggestions. We want to especially thank Yessi one of the receptionists, and Mariam from Client Services, for making our stay so wonderful. "
