The last two Hilton hotels I have stayed at were absolutely NASTY!! And I paid a lot of $$ for them down at Myrtle Beach and at Killington, VT. 2 places you would expect a LOT better from. I would endorse Marriott every day of the week over a Hilton hotel. Sheets are clean no stains…room spacious and very clean. Pillows comfortable and clean. This Andover Marriott 5 stars man and if they represent what all Marriotts are like I’ll book them everytime!

This hotel was undergoing construction, which we didn’t know when we reserved our stay. That said, our room was very clean, staff was very nice and the included breakfast was great. However, we were staying overnight because we went to a wedding and knew we would be out late and wanted to have a nice, relaxing morning with our family (who also reserved rooms). The frustrating thing that prevented this was an extremely loud fire alarm went off for approximately two hours in the morning! It was so loud that you couldn’t even think straight nevermind try to relax in your room. For some reason, no one seemed to be able to turn it off. The hotel staff couldn’t figure it out, the fire department showed up but also wasn’t able to turn off the alarm, 2 hours later a security company showed up. We understand these things happen, but this seemed to us to be an extreme amount of time to not be able to turn off a very loud alarm. When we checked out we asked if there was any type of reimbursement for guests and they said they weren’t sure, I would have to check with who I booked through. Regardless, it seems the hotel could and should directly handle that for the convenience of the guests. Post construction, I’m sure this hotel will be wonderful but our stay was challenging…

Although the hotel was in the process of some renovations I had a very good experience there. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and courteous, and the amenities readily available. The included breakfast was great but you need to ask for the waffles as the waffle maker was in the kitchen during the renovation. The kitchen employee provided waffles for those interested in less than 3 minutes. As I walked the parking lot I noticed new sinks and counter tops as well as tile that was ready to be installed. There was painting taking place as well which means that the hotel is very concerned about staying up to date. There were no detours hindering our ingress or egress. I recommend this hotel.

Property was amazing. Only big issue I had was there was a hockey team staying at the hotel with little kids and they were extremely loud and were knocking on our door and then running away. Made it difficult to sleep. We had an issue with our tv not working but maintenance was quick and very kind!

Everything was good . Downfall was for a “NonSmoking” Hotel the smell of Marijuana was ridiculous in the hallways !! I understand it’s legal in Massachusetts but this tells me smoking and vaping in the rooms !!
