This hotel was as described, quiet, and fairly comfortable. However, several aspects about the hotel felt worn, slightly unkempt: the rug in the TV area of our room was old and felt dirty, and the sofa bed was somewhat thin/lumpy. There was a nice breakfast buffet and staff was friendly and helpful.

Gary at the front desk was absolutely aweso.e to deal with. Breakfast was great everyday and everyone was very nice. The only issue we had was we were there for 5 days and no one came in the empty our trash or provide clean towels or clean the bathrooms. We didn't have any issue asking for towels or emptying our garbages but there were no bags to change out.

Room 245: Bathdoor didn't close, shared room door the same shower head sprayed all over wall and ceiling. Stopped at front desk second day to share the issue. Next morning no avail, they asked me to fill out another form did that. They sent a worker to my room that didn't speak English he used a translator to say he would be back. We were there 4 more days, someone should check on him. A younger guy with gauges in his ears. The beds were unfortable and the foldout bed was pretty much a sheet with springs poking through. Very disappointing for $1100.

Overall a decent place to stay. Not loud, but pretty busy. There were some stains on one of the chairs and the bathtub had a chip in and some rusting happening on one of the shower heads. But the kitchen was nice, and it was a big suite! They just recently changed ownership so hopefully they will update and replace some things soon.

Hotel is a bit on the older side and do need some Reno. Staffs are nice. Not much choices with the breakfast options and coffee are quite blend. Room is ok clean. Bed wasn't too comfortable because is a bit on the softer side. Overall, hotel location is convenient as is very close to a mall and highway.
