Stay was amazing, beautiful and relaxing amenities! However, my husband got sick and the staff were not visible/24/7. Also, they promised to reach back out to us and have yet to do so which is concerning considering my husbands condition.

My family of 3 enjoyed our stay here at Bahamas Hotel Rui Paradise Island. Our rooms were very clean daily, EVERY staff member that we encountered was friendly and did an amazing job. The food/selection was great and fresh everyday. There were absolutely no complaints from my family. We would definitely stay at this hotel again! Thank you for a great vacation at Bahamas hotel rui!!!

Nice new place. Not enough hot water. No USB plug ins. Had issues with getting codes and key fobs To work. Buddy bought one. So can’t be to bad.

Amenities excellent, rooms a little dated and could do with a deep clean of carpets. Staff throughout complex exceptional.Spa treatments excellent spa facilities rubbish whilst rebuilding and attitude of Spa management very poor. Overall a great stay
