Great price, clean room friendly staff

DONT STAY HERE... SANDMAN IS TYPICALLY CLEAN AND LOW COST. THIS PLACE IS FALLING APART AND THE STAFF ARE SUPER RUDE. TO THE POINT OF FANS RUNNING IN THE HALLWAYS TO KEEP THE HEAT DOWN AND WALKING UP ON SEVERAL EMPLOYEES YELLING AT EACHOTHER DURING OUR STAY. FROM THE TAPE HOLDING THE COUNTER TOGETHER TO THE NO AC/YELLING OF STAFF.... WE WERE THOROUGHLY DISSAPPOINTED.

Generally unclean and unmaintained. Overall dissatisfied and regret my reservation. We found food and a bandaid under the pull out couch cushions. The bathroom tub had mold in the caulking. The complimentary coffee station was dirty with food crumbs. This is more of a 2.5 out of 5 type hotel. The beds sheets looked and smelt clean but I think that where the sanitation ends. My guess is the bare minimum of changing sheets, and complimentary items is all this hotel does. It appears wiping down surfaces, vacuuming or scrubbing are beyond this establishment. I would not recommend sitting on the couch or letting children play on the floor. I will not be returning again.
