“The room was very clean and nice. Had a mini fridge which is a plus! WiFi was a bit spotty at times and went in and out. No big deal on that. The restaurant was amazing. Food was great. All the people there were super nice!! Hotel staff super nice as well. The rooms are actually the most soundproof I had have in a hotel. It was so quite that u don't even realize how busy it was downstairs and outside. They did have a bit of remodeling going on but the noise wasn't bad at all and didn't wake……

“整體來說還不錯，但是飯店人員不是很積極，我在15:00 check-in，可能太準時了，櫃檯人員打電話上去詢問房間好了嗎，然後說再請我們稍等五分鐘，我們到旁邊等待，中間一直有其他的旅客進來check-in，而他們都可以直接馬上入住，我們就這樣等等等，等了20分鐘，中間一直也有跟櫃檯人員對上眼，但她並沒有做任何表示，或是幫我們詢問房間，最後是我們等不下去才再次上前問房間好了嗎？櫃檯人員才打電話，然後告訴我們「好了」...那請問我們前面是在等心酸的嗎？這樣的態度實在令人失望！幸好後面的飯店整理、客服服務，還算是拉回了一點分數。”

“The coffee machine in the room did not function. I asked staff at the reception to take care of that. They didn’t. The matras of the bed was too hard. Because of that I did not sleep well. There was a lamp in the room, that gave constantly alarming signals. We couldn’t turn it off. The system of the turning on/off of lighting was much too complex. They did not clean the bathroom. ”
