Nothing really unique; we were just in town overnight. We were placed right across the hall from the pool; I might request a different room in the future; and the curtain setup is such you can’t close them completely… not great.

After reserving, I read some negative reviews. I was pleased that I did not have any issues during my stay here. The room was clean, staff seemed friendly. This location is approximately 15 minutes, at the most, away from U of M, and I didn't need to get on the highway. Obvious repairs were made, but care was not taken to match paint color or finish placing the molding especially in the batroom.

Staff at front desk was unwelcoming & not helpful. I needed a luggage cart because I bring a very large & heavy oxygen concentrator.to breath, in addition to o2 tanks. The girls @ the front desk said the carts were upstairs being used. The carts were not returned to lobby for us to use. My sister had to make several trips to the car. The hotel smells of Glade plug ins. The TV & refrigerator did not work! Desk clerk in the morning was very nice & brought us up coffee because there was none in the room. I am a frequent visitor to U of M hospital & I will never sya at 1 of your properties again. Room was dirty too!
