This apartment can accommodate four people, with a double bedroom and a sofa bed. It is situated opposite the Jardins de l'Europe, just a stone's throw from Lake Annecy.

The bedroom has a 160x190cm bed and the living room has a sofa bed.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as a Senseo coffee machine, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, etc.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the toilet is separate.

Linen will be provided for your stay, including sheets, towels and kitchen tea towels.

You can enjoy the nearby bars and restaurants after a lovely day by the lake or in the mountains; you’ll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bike hire is available nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way round the lake).

The flat is located on a pedestrian street. Parking is available in the neighbouring streets (pay-and-display during the day but free in the evening) or in the secure, pay-and-display underground car park at the town hall (around €11 for 24 hours).
Check-in is available daily from 4 pm to 10 pm; you can check in independently using a key box. Instructions will be sent to you by email the day before your stay.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. We’ll only be able to confirm this on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation isn’t being taken over that same evening.
On the morning of your departure, please remember to put clean crockery back in the cupboards, leave your bed linen and towels on the floor, and empty your bins in the storage room under the stairs by the main entrance.
