"Superb location. Not far from main underground parking. Lake is so close. I love the moderness of the apartment. This is perfect for one or two people. Very cozy very clean very comfortable. I come to this town two to three times a year and I'll check here about renting again."

"This is a small small room. It is in an old building and all a bit of a mess. Pictures do not give you true perspective of the room. Bed is against the wall so you have to climb over each other to get in bed. We love Annecy but this room was a big disappointment. A lot of money for what it is, untidy, not particularly clean . If you are over 21 do not stay here."

A mon arrivée, tout était propre et rangé, un luxe et une chance! Juste que le lit n'est pas trop confortable... Ce studio est très bien situé, à quelques pas du centre commercial Courier et quelques minutes du lac. Il n'est pas trop loin de la gare non plus. Le rêve! Etant...

"The apartment was in a great location in the center of everything Annecy. As we anticipated, parking was quite difficult until we could better understand the location and pricing on nearby parking lots. This also made the remote check-in and unloading our luggage upon arrival quite difficult. The apartment, while small, is well appointed and was a great home base for us. Pack earplugs, as you're in the middle of it all! Thanks for a great stay!"
