“A perfect property, in a perfect location. We travelled by train to Annecy and it was a very easy, less than 10 minute walk to arrive at the accommodation. The apartment makes you feel like you are in the heart of the old town but has all the modern conveniences and is wonderfully decorated. Everything you would want is nearby. Although the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, this didn’t feel an issue and it was 36 degrees when we stayed. There are fans provided, large windows providing……

“The location is brilliant and with a boulangerie underneath the apt, the smell in the stair well is yum! The apt itself is awesome, a great space and very clean except the sofa bed is only suitable for small kids, or one adult. The linen is very tired and needs to be replaced, it would also be could to have basic useful supplies in the kitchen. ”

“Great location. Carpet was filthy and gross. In the summer heat with no AC and only a broken fan was very tough, but the handyman who came was the saving grace . It was much cooler outside in the summer heat than inside the apartment . Communication is slow. Large windows without a barrier , if you have kids be careful as they can jump out or as they say in the apartment “if you open the window, birds can fly in.” All instructions by the property is in French, be prepared to use your……

“The picture looks great, but it doesn't show the bathroom. The shower is so small that you cannot bend to clean your feet. It is a very basic room (floors are just concrete), and the entrance is opening up towards the back of the kitchen of a restaurant. It says it is on the second floor, BUT you will have to climb 53 stairs to get to it. With luggage in hand - this is not easy! The mattress is two thin mattresses on top of each other. I was worried about it, but we did sleep well on it. ……
