Il bénéficie d'un super emplacement dans le quartier piéton et vous offre un balcon avec vue sur la ville. La chambre dispose d'un lit 160x190 et le séjour d’un canapé convertible. Air climatisé dans la chambre. L'appartement est équipé d'une télévision Smart TV, du wifi, et de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour tels qu'une machine à café Senseo, d'un lave vaisselle, bouilloire, toaster etc. La salle d’eau est équipée d’une douche à l'italienne, les toilettes sont indépendants. Le linge de maison sera fourni pour votre séjour, draps, serviettes et torchon de cuisine. Vous pourrez profiter de la proximité des bars et restaurants après une belle journée au bord du lac ou en montagne ; vous pourrez vous déplacer sans voiture durant tout votre séjour. Le lac est à 10 min à pied. Location de vélos à proximité (une superbe piste cyclable fait tout le tour du lac). L’appartement se situe dans une rue piétonne. Le stationnement est possible dans les rues voisines (payant en journée mais gratuit le soir et le dimanche) ou encore aux parking souterrain payant et sécurisé de Bonlieu (environ 11€ pour 24h). Si le logement est disponible plus tôt nous serons ravis de vous accueillir avant 16h. Ceci ne pourra vous être confirmé que le jour même. De la même manière le jour de votre départ, un départ tardif sera permis si le logement n'est pas repris le soir même. Le matin de votre départ, merci de penser à remettre la vaisselle propre dans les placards, déposer votre linge de lit et toilette au sol et vider vos poubelles dans le local. 🧳 Pour garantir votre tranquillité d'esprit jusqu'au départ de votre train, nous vous conseillons vivement d'utiliser la consigne à bagages "Lockin" au 2 rue Jean Jaurès à Annecy pour laisser vos valises en toute sécurité A découvrir : \+ Le Pâquier ou Champ de Mars (esplanade face au lac) \+ Les vieilles prisons \+ Le marché dans la vieille ville les mardis, vendredis et dimanches matin \+ La piste cyclable tout autour du lac \+ Le château et sa vue qui surplombe la ville \+ Le Pont des Amours \+ L'Impérial Palace Casino \+ Les stations de ski (La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand): 30min Pour accéder à l'appartement : \+ En voiture: 40min Genève aéroport -
