### JURA, Annecy Rent Lodge

Cet appartement peut accueillir 4 personnes, avec sa chambre double en mezzanine (peu de hauteur sous plafond) et son canapé convertible. Il bénéficie d'un super emplacement face aux jardins de l'Europe, à deux pas du lac.  
  
La chambre dispose d'un lit 140x190 et le séjour d’un canapé convertible. Air climatisé dans le séjour uniquement.  
L'appartement est équipé d'une télévision Smart TV, du wifi, et de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour tels qu'une machine à café Senseo, d'un lave vaisselle, lave linge, bouilloire, toaster etc.  
La salle d’eau est équipée d’une douche à l'italienne.  
  
Le linge de maison sera fourni pour votre séjour, draps, serviettes et torchon de cuisine.  
  
Vous pourrez profiter de la proximité des bars et restaurants après une belle journée au bord du lac ou en montagne. ; vous pourrez vous déplacer sans voiture durant tout votre séjour.  
Le lac est à 2 min à pied. Location de vélos à proximité (une superbe piste cyclable fait tout le tour du lac).  
  
L’appartement se situe dans une rue piétonne. Le stationnement est possible au parking souterrain payant et sécurisé de l'Hôtel de Ville juste en face (environ 11€ pour 24h).  
  
Les arrivées sont possibles tous les jours à partir de 16h jusqu'à 22h, en autonomie grâce à une boîte à clés, les instructions vous seront envoyées la veille de votre séjour par mail.  
  
Si le logement est disponible plus tôt nous serons ravis de vous accueillir avant 16h. Ceci ne pourra vous être confirmé que le jour même.  
De la même manière le jour de votre départ, un départ tardif sera permis si le logement n'est pas repris le soir même.  
Le matin de votre départ, merci de penser à remettre la vaisselle propre dans les placards, déposer votre linge de lit et toilette au sol et vider vos poubelles dans le local sous l'escalier de l'entrée principale.  
🧳 Pour garantir votre tranquillité d'esprit jusqu'au départ de votre train, nous vous conseillons vivement d'utiliser la consigne à bagages "Lockin" au 2 rue Jean Jaurès à Annecy pour laisser vos valises en toute sécurité

Annecy, chef-lieu de la Haute-Savoie, nichée au bord de son lac dans un écrin de montagnes, est connue pour la qualité de son environnement et sa qualité de vie.  
Bénéficiant d'un site remarquable en aval du lac, la ville a su entretenir son patrimoine architectural et historique.

#### Week-end à Annecy

Bonjour, l’appartement est idéalement situé, propre, l’arrivée est aisée, la résidence est bien entretenue sauf au troisième étage. J’étais venu l’an passé et c’était déjà comme cela. Sinon l’appartement est très bien, chaleureux, le bois est très agréable. Le prix de la nuit est raisonnable, ce sont les frais de ménages qui sont délirant pour une nuit… Pour que ce soit rentable il faut rester quelques jours. Les personnes de la conciergerie sont très agréables et arrangeantes. Je recommande tout de même!
