"I was picky I admit it. I thought it wasn't so bad, the Hotel is constantly renovating rooms with the updated goods for each room. Surrounded by a few shopping areas, a Walgreens, and some really good BBq, look it up on Doordash. 24 hour pool, coffee on demand all the time. breakfast I missed, no elevator, but after my current set up in a crackerJack box indoor pool resort sham in Boise, Id Book us back at this Best Western, again and Again! Way to go Ontario. I dig the homey vibe and growth to your city since I last visited in 2021. "

"The room was exceptionally clean. Probably as clean as any room that I have stayed in. My compliments to the room cleaning staff. Check in was easy and friendly."

"Do not let them give you the room on the first floor next to the swimming pool. The pool exhaust fan vent is right outside the window of this room. Sleeping in this room is impossible. The staff moved us to another room and we were extremely pleased with the remainder of our three day stay."
