That was very nice… The hotel itself was under construction, which we were not informed of. We were woken up at 8 every morning by people working in the hallway and outside the door. Drilling and hammering were not the best wake-up call. We didn’t have anyone come into the room to clean or replace towels at all until the last day, after we complained, and even then they left dirty dishes and we had to ask for towels at the front seat. The breakfast was somewhat comical the first couple of days. It did get better on the 3rd day with the addition of more selections and hot food. No complaints about what was offered… but every plate still had their sale stickers on them. It’s obvious this is a hotel in transition, but it should not have been open the way it was. It was not ready for guests, and because of this I will most likely never stay in a Clarion again.
