Rochelle and Bunny, our hostesses, were wonderful! However, historic is the key word in the description of this hotel. Very few updates to this hotel. No a/c in the room, it is cooled by opening windows. No hot water in the bathroom lavatory.

Surprised that staff was so un-informed about anything & not pleasant when asked. No services (with as many people staying there.) We paid $62 for 2 pieces of fish, chips for each of us at Hotel restaurant. No coleslaw or salad to go with it. We went downtown (Parawan) next day to eat. Wonderful home cooked food @ DeeDee's & goodies too. Loved it.
You could only call after # if you needed something.

"Property is at an excellent location. Very close to Bryce Canyon and loved taking the shuttle into the park. The rooms could use an upgrade. While clean, the smell of deodorants was almost overwhelming. The restaurant and other stores were very convenient and nice"
