The one-bedroom cottage is ideal for small families, couples or a group of 4\. The property features a garden with seating, barbecue and a swimming pool where you can relax watching mesmerizing views. The property lies in the middle of the forest, away from the bustle of the city and 2km from the town centre where you can find endless options to dine and shop. The pet friendly cottage has a bedroom equipped with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed and TV, making enough room for 4\. You can prepare your own meals in the kitchenette and or enjoy a barbecue night. Wi-Fi is available for free here. Marche airport, which is the nearest airport from here is an hour drive away. The swimming pool will open from June 1st, 2025 to September 30, 2025\. Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately Layout: Ground floor: (Living room(double sofa bed, TV), open kitchen(microwave, fridge-freezer)) On the 1st floor: (bedroom(single bed, double bed), bathroom(shower)) heating(central), garden, garden furniture, BBQ, swimming pool(shared with other guests, 12 x 6 m., opened from Jun upto and including 1/2 Sep), children's bed(on request), high chair(on request) These costs are mandatory and charged on site. They are not included in the rental price.
