"The room was good but we didn't expect an apartment building when we booked on a hotel site. Our flight was delayed and the instructions for getting into the apartment gate did not work. No help at 5am via phone. Had to mechanically bypass the front lock to get the family off the street and into bed which was a bit frustrating. The room was very nice and air conditioned though. "

"The apartment in Milan was very clean and had the basics like towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer, but no soap. Check-in was online only, and we had some confusion on arrival since the front desk staff didn’t know which apartment we were in and the host wasn’t responsive right away. We eventually figured it out and got settled. The location is convenient and close to the train station, but be aware you can hear trains throughout the night. Overall, a clean place to stay if you need to be near...

"Expensive cleaning fee added, only to find some parts had not previously been cleaned. Other guests made a lot of noise on the echoing stairs including shouting from one apartment to another."

"We stayed two nights and arrived late the first night which was well handled by the staff. When we walked out our door the next morning the palazzo grande and the antique market were right there. It was close to everything. Only detractor was the smell when we opened the window. We would recommend the apartment for your visit to Arezzo and also to visit during the antique market. It was an excellent experience."
