Every staff member, from check in to luggage assistant to breakfast to rooftop bar to reception, all friendly and helpful.
A perfect hotel. In a residential area but two metro stations very close and quick access into central Naples.
Wonderful breakfast. Great choice. Always freshly made food.
Rooftop pool and bar wonderful place to relax.
100% recommend.

The staff was very welcoming and accomodating as we all arrived as a group of 8 at different times. They were able to keep us all on the same floor and the room type were as promised. The rooms were very clean and we felt very safe. The front desk staff was helpful in dining recommendations as well as directions to the beach. All of their "local" recommendations were amazing! The treck to the beach was up and dosn many stairs but not the fault of the hotel. We would highly recommend a stay at the Bellevue.

Room was clean but not having an elevator and no help carrying in our check in bags up two flights of stairs was not what we'd hope for checking into a rather expensive hotel. The breakfast isn't bad but it's very limited and the room doesn't have a window so it feels much smaller than the photos. The shower also does not get very warm and it's very very small - it feels tight. We opted to change hotels even though they didn't refund is because it wasn't the experience we'd hoped for given the amount of money we paid

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location was beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the beautiful views. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!
