Casa del Mar se encuentra en la playa de Río del Mar en Aptos, CA, donde puedes salir directamente de la casa y entrar a la playa. Esta ubicación es perfecta para aquellos que desean disfrutar de la playa de Río del Mar, caminar a restaurantes locales, cafeterías y explorar la explanada del famoso barco y muelle de cemento de Palo Alto. La casa cuenta con una chimenea de leña, TV con cable, Internet inalámbrico, cocina completa y un gran patio con barbacoa Webber (carbón) (mesa / sillas plegables en el armario cerrado) ideal para relajarse, ver a los niños jugar y leer un libro mientras escuchando las olas.

Hay 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos y tiene capacidad para 8 personas. En la planta baja tiene su sala de estar, cocina, comedor, baño con ducha y acceso al patio. Arriba hay 3 dormitorios, 2 con vistas al océano. El dormitorio principal tiene una puerta deslizante que conduce al área de la terraza del balcón. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama nido y una litera. Baño completo con ducha / bañera combinada. TAMAÑOS DE CAMA: 1 CA King, 1 Queen, 4 Twins (1 Bunk y 1 Trundle).

Perfect Getaway

Our family loves staying here! It has lots of beds and blankets and the property management company is very responsive. We feel well taken care of and it is heaven staying right on the beach. The newly remodeled kitchen is spacious with a large sink and all the appliances we need!

Perfect for our family

The location is ideal, being right on the beach and close to town. The waves are very loud, so if you have a hard time sleeping you might bring earplugs. We loved that this beach is unpopulated so we could truly enjoy nature at its finest. The property is clean, and doesn’t smell like chemicals. My family is sensitive to molds, detergents and chemicals and we have no problems here. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We got a little chilly at night but they had plenty of extra blankets in every room. The property management company was lovely to work with. We loved this place so much we booked it for next year!

Will not stay again

3 bedrooms and only 1small dresser. Downstairs shower leaked all over the floor. Constantly battled ants in all the rooms. Sliding door lock was broken. Bulb was out in bathroom.Bathroom cabinet missing the handle. A big disappointment

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice little unit. Remodeled bathrooms, and well equipped kitchen. We were fortunate to find this place for the dates were were interested in (5 days before Thanksgiving Day) A few minor improvements would go a lone way. It would benefit from room darkening curtains in the two ocean view bedrooms. Only one bedroom had a chest of drawers or dresser. A towel rack in downstairs bath would nice. There are plenty of dining chairs but the table can only seat 6. No washer/dryer is a disadvantage but it's recognized in the rental price.

Very comfortable for 6 of us and loved the new floors and updated kitchen. Owner did a great job. Only thing we could think of was a new patio umbrella. Was pretty rusted with some duct tape repairs, otherwise everything else was great.

A great getaway with the girls!

It's a great location for a getaway. There's a nice walkway right out the back door, wonderful ocean view and a great option for al fresco dining.

Nicely added details

We have stayed in a few houses in the same area but this was the cleanest and nicest of them all! The fresh flowers on the table and the nicely folded towels were a sweet personal touch!

Beachin’ beach house

We loved everything about this property. The one downside was that there was no washer and dryer on site but other than that extremely satisfied!
