“The igloo was very cosy but a bit small for four of us as a family. The kitchen has everything you needed and the delivered breakfast food was a real treat, healthy and delicious. We didn’t realise we had booked for the end of season so nothing apart from our room was operational and we didn’t get to use any of the facilities or any of the fun things which was disappointing. Also this accommodation is a little way out of town so if you don’t have a car you need to spend money on transport. Some……

"We stayed there in summer which is a slack time in the area. The hotel room and general hotel area conditions are well kept even though the hotel occupancy rate is low. Some entertainment spots and restaurants are closed but there are still interesting things one can do or experience. The daytime is long since there is actually no sunset during summer. We have enjoyed wandering around in a relaxed pace. Also need to mention that the staff in the hotel restaurant has been very attentive and helpful. Buffet breakfast is also good."

"Staff is very helpful and nice. They are very willing to help. The hotel is clean. I accidentally made a wrong booking which was found just before arrival. The hotel staff was very friendly to provide assistance. I can stay in the hotel successfully with their rearrangement. It is not far away from the train station. Moreover it is close to the river side which is near to the Arctic Museum. This is a good place to see the northern light. I truely recommend this hotel."
